Observations describe supplied records. They do not prove an employee is fictitious or a repeated step is improper.

Surface missing support, potential duplicate expenses, loan differences, bank and ledger residuals, and optional comparable procurement checks.
Indicators depend on supplied records, comparability and coverage. They do not determine fraud or misconduct.
